At this point WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE???? The election results close,
what?? Friday??(soon, anyway). If she's reelected she's back on the Board. If
not, she's off anyway.
I understand that she is upset. But what purpose does a suit serve at this
point when a new Board will be in place by the end of next week?
