[ SHOWGSD-L ] Interesting - only women voted to protect the clubs assets....

The club doesn't need to indemnify the folks named in the lawsuit if
they have done no wrong. GSDCA Officers and Directors insurance should
cover those folks if their actions were within the by-laws. I guess
those who voted yes think (1) something wrong was done (2) it's ok to
use club assets to protect the wrong-doers.
Actually, this action by the board annoys me more than the lawsuit...
