I can go for that because apparently, the chemical boosts the protein % in
the final (gluten?) product. So, the manufacturers/processes from China,
Africa, wherever have probably been doing this for a while, and I have no
doubt
it's in the human food chain, but I think the whole Menu thing shone a light
on it.
