I don't like the circus or dog and pony show so I don't belong. LOL However,
it would be very interesting to know if she did pay the handler. So I say just
pick up the phone call the handler. Now you know who is telling the truth.
Period, End of story on that one. Now Helen saying what went on in a closed
session is another matter and I really don't care one way or the other. LOL

Before I finish my emails, 87 today, I have already had six that asked me
about the charges the board is considering.
Since I have now heard the information from three other board members and
not just Helen as to what it is, and since I am not on the board, I am
going to answer on this List. I believe the club has the right to know
what is going on with club business, and I know the person charged is not
insisting that it be kept secret.
The charges are pending against Helen Gleason.
I have agreed to support Helen, but I do not practice law outside of
California, and as I have always said, I will not under any circumstances
sue the GSDCA. I am providing what personal advice I can.
The Club's attorney does also not practice outside California and has
already written to the board that I am a "*terrible attorney and a liar".*
so some want this to be personal. To me, it is not. I have been urged to
take personal steps, I will not.
I heard that some members of the board want to stop Helen from running for
VP, and/or get her off the board. I don't know what the board wants to do
with her judging the National. This is just what I have been told by a
couple of other board members.
At a closed session, our treasurer, Larry Rock, when offered help from a
member with the accounting, said the member had not paid her handler, and
wasn't able to do anything for the club. Evidently Larry and this club
member used the same handler.
After the closed session, (since she had asked the person to attend the
meeting to offer Larry help), Helen asked the person if that was true. It
was not.
Larry has now brought charges for Helen disclosing what was done in a
closed session.
My thoughts are that Larry should never have made that allegation in an
open or closed session without asking the member. But he has now brought
charges against Helen instead and now the board is going to consider them.
