[ SHOWGSD-L ] Incontinent male

My 11 yr. old male has started to become incontinent - seems like it came on
fairly swiftly - this morning he was sleeping on the bed with me and when we
got up he had two puddles - also when he stretched he started urinating and
couldn't stop - what may be the medical issue(s) or other things going on here?
He is intact.
