Could you explain to me why if the GSDCA is in operation to support and protect
the German Shepherd Dog that is more important to have a $250,000 dog show
than
to spend ANY money on Rescue and Legislation?
What are the priorities of the Board that is sworn to represent the membership?

There is only one good reason to be a member of the GSDCA.
You support your breed and the organization selected to protect it.
There are other things, such as award and being involved, but they are
secondary. The reason to support the club is to do so in a belief in our breed.
If you are doing it for your own self indulgence or aggrandizement, then
find another way to do so.
Maybe I remember JFK too much.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
