I just found out that there will be another ARBA show in California on
September 10, and 11. Actually that means four shows, two in the morning and
two
in the afternoon each day.
In conjunction with the show will be the Kennel Club USA shows, for all
breeds, (including AKC, UKC, FCI breeds) and they will be held together. It
should be interesting and if you want to enter, you can enter the day of the
show, and attend. No professional handlers, most of the time, and no suits
and
ties.
These are fun shows, and in the past some of the judges from the shepherd
world have been the Moores, the Grady's, Twyla and Ken Tank. Of course I have
been judging them for years, but this year the notice will go out to the all
breed folks, and hopefully the KCUSA show will be as much fun as the ARBA
shows have been.
Enter if you got em, but come by even if you don't enter to see what fun it
can be to see the Jindo, or how many Cesky Terriers there will be, or if a
Russian Tsvetnaya Blonka will show up this year. Where else might you see a
Coton de Tulear, (one of my favorites), or the Appenzeller Mountain Dog? It
will be at the Ramada Inn on Indian Trail Drive just off the 10 freeway in
Claremont, Calfornia.
