I asked the other day at our post office...it is a "roving" strike, one
place one day another the next, resulting in mail taking another 1-2 days at
most.

If it runs long you may have to be sure to use an entry service.
I remember years back AFTER they got started again, it took 3 weeks for a
letter to come from London to my home (38 miles) ........ things

up quickly and takes forever to sort them out.
