Here's what I would do if I were in charge of improving shows and membership.
First I would pay Jr handlers and still allow them to keep their JR status , no
need to explain that one . Next I would get rid of majors! We basically have
already done this , what is it now? 9 dogs make a major? Pretty soon at this
rate it will be 5 or 6. The Canadian system is much better. I would allow
giving the reserve dog/bitch one point at all 5 point shows. I'd allow white
dogs to compete in conformation (Kathy S will not like that one lol) I would
make the futurities match shows. ... Real Match shows no pros or if you use a
pro they can NOT be paid. Remember it's a MATCH SHOW!!!! And last but not
least. Yes you guessed it TERM LIMITS for our Board of Directors. I mean real
term limits not this game we play now. We need term limits in congress too but
that's another subject FB
