Iowa update. IFED is currently working on legislative issues before the
Iowa General Assembly. HF 30 is a bill that would change the Iowa Code
dealing with the exemption of USDA licensed breeders from state
inspection and state kennel regulations. Whether you are USDA, STATE, or
not licensed at all this bill will have negative effects on your
business.
