every rescue operates differently and, sometimes, the words "rescue", "salvation" and "sanctuary" can be misnomers at best. no rescue should take in or adopt out a dog with aggression issues and each dog should be thoroughly evaluated prior to being taken into a rescue. unless there are medical issues present which would make a spay or neuter a life-endangering situation, no intact animal should ever be adopted out of a rescue. under NO circumstances, should a rescue ever breed an animal in its program or allow it to be adopted by anyone who would breed that dog. IMHO, whatever group this is that is considering breeding this poor dog should NOT, in any way, be considered a rescue Diane Silver-Strasser Silstra German Shepherds _http://skatiebugz.blogspot.com In a message dated 1/7/2010 4:14:10 P.M.
