i meant to post this information sooner but, here it is finally.  the  
January gsdca board meeting will be held at the holiday inn select in north  
dallas. 
 the meeting will  be saturday, January 26th all  day and sunday, January 
27th in the morning.  the budget and  finance committee will meet thursday & 
friday, january 24th  and  25th.  if you are coming let me know, (i am helping 
nanci with the  arrangements) and we can add you to the lunch buffet (at your 
expense - not the  club's )
 
if you are coming for the meetings, fly into dfw airport (the hotel is  about 
15 minutes away & has a shuttle that will pick you up at the airport).  tell 
the reservationist that you are coming for the gsdca board meeting  & you will 
get the special club rate for a room.  if the holiday inn select is full or 
you would like to find a more  economical hotel i would suggest the quality 
inn, comfort inn or hampton inn at  the walnut hill exit off interstate 35E.  
there are also the days inn and  la quinta at the valley view exit off of 
interstate 35E.  these are the  closest hotels to the holiday inn. if you stay 
off of 
the walnut hill  exit i can give you directions for an easy short cut to the 
holiday  inn.
