Our contracts specifically state that the dog MUST go through a qualified
obedience class for 8 - 10 weeks before 10 months of age... If the dog comes
back and hasn't been through an obedience class, then there is no reimbursement.
I will tell you that in last however many years, the only dogs that have come
unplaced were dogs that never went through an obedience class - and like GSDs,
Dals NEED obedience...
Suing is about the only choice you have at this point depending what your
contract says.
