don't feel badly, sally - you (and evan) aren't alone. i've had my cell
phone for almost a year now and never could get calls on the thing because
it wouldn't ring. it would just go to voice mail, which i didn't set up, so
whoever called got a recording telling them that, basically, they need not
have bothered calling. i finally swallowed my pride last week and called
the company for instructions - my phone now rings! i can now get incoming
calls! and, no - i didn't set up the voice mail so i wouldn't screw that
up as well and have people asking why i didn't return their calls.
