Hmmm, and where in the P&P and/or bylaws would you find the 'punishment'
you suggest?
You are right Pat and that is why we are in the law suit. I suggest the same
punishment they chose to give Margie. The old board never did anything
according
to the by laws that is why we are in the middle of the law suite.

you suggest? You, of course, are entitled to your bias/opinion as we all
are, but in reality it's an absolute waste of time. The lawsuit will be settled
in the courts which fortunately are unaffected by the opinions or any form
of bias posted on this list. It really is out of our hands. Of course if
anyone wants to waste their time by tossing out barbs, knock yourselves out.Â
Before you do hit send, stop and think what all the negativity is doing to
our club and eventually to our beloved breed. It's your choice�
