I'd like you to reread they bylaws and then read the P & P manual to gain an
understanding of the steps that are needed to change the bylaws. It "seems"
to me that changing the bylaws will take up to 1- 1 1/2 years. Your desire
for the board to "have everything in place and slam the door on this guy"
makes for good reading, but it's hardly feasible. You don't need to take my
word for it; it's all on the secure web site. Finger pointing and impassioned
rhetoric aren't needed now.
