If the dog is a therapy dog, (and they can't by law, ask for proof of either
the disability or the certification), they can't discriminate. It would even
be harder to discriminate as they allow large dogs there. Go see the
manager with Charm.
I wish one of them were my son's client...he fights those ordinances
frequently (Independent living centers)
