Liane you are so right about the bickering and how non productive it
is........... and was. Please understand that things discussed in a closed
session can't be disseminated to anyone although it would seem that not all
have followed this rule and if what I have heard is true inaccurate information
has been bandied about.
I am curious.... as to why this is now being all dredged up. It is in the hands
of the court!
I am curious ....as to why hardly anyone seems to realize that the Board, at
that time, could have followed it's own P&P and sanctioned MG and removed her
from her position if she did not do her job to their satisfaction but chose to
make it a personal attack. Therefore, the lawsuit.
I am curious!

All this bickering is not helping anyone.
What I can see happening is everyone trying to find answers to this problem
and I would suggest that we ask those in charge, past or present, to
disclose what was said and decided at the closed meeting that no one but
those present were able to hear, see or read. The membership has a right to
know what in the world is going on. Wouldn't that be part of the Bylaws? How
about a little disclosure with an hour or two of their time to give to us
during the National? We, the members, would really appreciate it.

Yes, I did read the lawsuit.
I singled out Zoe ONLY as a member of the Board of Directors who I
obviously KNEW was on this list, NOT as list admin. - read more carefully,
Molly.
I will be sending a message to the current Board.
First you say that "All information was in closed session. Do you think
the BOD is going to breach that answer on a list?" and then that no one has
questioned the "president at the time". Makes me wonder why you think it
would be permissible for a former officer of the Board to breach what you
say should not be breached.
This isn't or shouldn't be a bicker-fest. I asked for answers and hope to
get them.
