[ SHOWGSD-L ] I DO like sables !!!!!!! (as if anyone cares....)

It has recently come to my attention that I have the reputation of not
liking Sables. That is not true. I have owned several sables and lost a
very good one to bloat while in Canada being shown in prep for the Canadian
National Ask Maryann Imoff about Hutch. Bonnie and I also briefly owned
(that is another story) Can and Am Grand Victorix Anton`s Jenne. I think
Leroy Brown was a magnificant animal plus Ask Suzanne K. if I like her sable
champion.
To say a judge does not like a color is to say that he/she does not judge to
the standard. When we are accepted by the AKC to judge a breed, we agree to
judge by the standard and in our standard color is not an issue. Lack of is
the issue. I doubt if this will change anyones mind about my judging but
might change their mind about what colors I like or dislike. D.d.
