When I had my "accidental breeding" , I advertised them as Shepweilers, thinking I was being cute. The phones rang off the hook. The fact that I had them sign a contract to neuter them was a deterrent for some, but most just liked the idea of having the mixed breed. sigh. I was confident that both "breeds" were of very good quality, (but sex driven, obviously....darn neighbors had rottweiler pups all over the area..... a VERY LARGE AREA), but I saw them as "mutts". The buyers saw them as exotics. What the public wants is a "bragging right" and damned to us that think it's necessary to keep the breed pure.
