Neither Petco or Pet Smart sell dogs, they do much better. Most have local
resuce groups in on weekends to adopt dogs and cats. They do, however sell
rodents, birds and fish. How do we feel about that? Any breeders of these
creatures on the list? Sheila

Thank you Sally. I was trying to decide how to respond to this. I would
like to see Corporations like PetCo and PetSmart support RALEEF. They, at least
provide obedience classes and try to educate folks on how to be responsible
pet owners. They have the money. As far as I know, they don't sell dogs and
cats. If I'm wrong, someone correct me as I never go to either of them. I do
know they both have adoption weekends to help get dogs out of shelters. Isn't
that more the corporation we want to align with?
