In the membership application in our kennel club, we have a statement that we agree not to sell our dogs to retail or pet stores. Couldn't a statement like this or something more detailed be put in the GSCDA's membership application with the statement that "membership will be terminated" or that if you have sold dogs in the past to "whoever" pet stores, retail, etc. or if you breed for retail or are a wholesaler, etc. then you are ineligible for membership?  I see nothing wrong with this, unless it's a legal matter discriminating against certain people.
