Yes we do have attys on the Board I am one. I voted NO. Kris is the other.
Evan has also told you there's NOTHING about our Bylaws to preclude a NO vote.
Or as I say privately a NFW vote. (anyone who wants to know what that means is
welcome to email me privately HINT: the N is for No, the F is for a word we do
not use on the List LOL).
Don't be fooled.this is NOT a problem.

It will be interesting to see how this new vote shakes out and if members
have sought their own legal counsel for advice. Yes, I know we have attorneys
on the board and on the list, but ask a room full of legal eagles how Anna
Nicole's will is going to turn out if you REALLY want a whole bunch of
opinions.
