How do you know it isn't the ARs contacting them? THe diplomatic answer and the self-defensive one, is the one that was given: check them out before you give out any information, and then only with the person's permission. Bottom line for me, though, is if you don't feel comfortable about the request, you won't feel comfortable placing a puppy with them. No one says you have to just because they want one.
