[ SHOWGSD-L ] How Carefully Do You Screen Your Puppy Buyers

Just wondering what most people use as a criteria for selling a puppy for show 
or pet. If the person has had GSDs in the past is that good enough? It wouldn't 
be for me. There is a person looking for a puppy now for showing or breeding 
that I wouldn't put a "billy goat" in their care. Do you require them to be a 
homeowner, fenced yard,  etc. I only care about the dogs. If you would like to 
know who this person is you may email me privately. I have personally seen what 
their own house is like, let alone where dogs are kept. Disgusting. This person 
is not on the list, but keeps checking on the GSD for Sale site. It really does 
scare me that someone would put one of their "babies" in this type of situation.
 
Thought this might be a good "new" topic of discussion.
