[ SHOWGSD-L ] Hot Spots

I never have had to shaved any hot spot, I use Listerine or any other
mouthwash to clean it well and make a mix of Nol;vassan with Mouthwash, DMSO
and
Dexamethasone (To stop the itiching) and put it there every day twioce a day
and
it works wonders!!!!
