I am handling a case for our top handle, and I told the judge just  that. He 
wanted to set a hearing for the first week in November, and I said I  had to 
be at the Nationals. Since we were talking about a case involving dogs,  the 
judge just laughed, and set it over for two more weeks.
 
I just have one more to continue. This happens every year. I always wait to  
get my ticket, because I always seem to have a trial when the natiional comes  
up. Since I am in trial at least twice a month, that is not unusual. I think 
I  can get the continuance, but the other attorney is trying to block it. No 
real  reason, just being a putz, as are many attorneys.
 
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
