I don't have an answer about the Review but I can give you an idea about the Red Book. Kim McNamarra does this section of the Red Book and I believe she starts by asking the owners. I'll leave it to her to further explain her process. All I know is she sends the section to me already completed. How cool is that? ( I have the best committee members who make my job so much easier) Just remember that the criteria for each highest living ROM for 2009 is that they be alive on Jan. 1, 2009. That means when the Red Book finally comes out, it's possible the dog has been dead for almost 2 years. I can see why this can lead to speculation due to the time lag.
