well Sandy,  I agree with that we shouldn't have to pay extra for the wrap but 
I was so sick of getting my Reviews damaged that I went ahead and paid it. Now 
the only other magazine I get is the GS Quarterly and it comes wrapped already 
and in all the years that I have gotten it... it was damaged maybe twice!  
Don't know what that means but....      PS I do keep all my Reviews and Qtly 
because I enjoy going back through them periodically.

I am sorry, but I do not see why we should have to pay extra to have this 
magazine wrapped to keep it from being
damaged.  Between my husband & I, we recieve 11 monthly magazines - and I 
cannot remember any of them
coming damaged - not only this month but as long as I can remember.  This does 
seem to be a particular problem
with the Review and not the post office.
