Not only that, I have had vets tell me that the x-rays cannot differentiate
between "bad" elbows...that is, whether or not something was caused by
heredity
or by trauma. Seems to me th at before they can denounce a dog for use in a
breeding pool, they need to be able to identify and explain the difference.
