I am happy that the people who support the F/M system DO support it, but I
stopped years back. It just seemed to take on an intensity that was a bit
much for a puppy match.
Then when you look at the #s....well heck I can have a dog half way done
for the same cost as a F/M weekend. It would be one thing if I was enjoying
it, but I wasn't enjoying he "showing" part. Now, visiting w/ friends,
yes. Getting youngsters out after a long winter...you bet. I can do that w/o
entering. I can't be the only one...look outside of the ring at any given
Futurity. There are probably 4x the youngsters there than are entered.
But yes, Liz, did see a blip on the Constant Contact about the combining,
not in as much detail as you have just given, wasn't aware it would affect
Red Book stats. God love you for keeping up with that :)
