I am looking for wording that will keep out puppy mill supporters, owners,
buyers, or suppliers. But, if you say Puppy Mill, then we need a definition,
and anything I can think of can be twisted to allow them in. Also what is the
definition of Mass?
I wanted to hear if this would work: "NO ONE SHALL BE A MEMBER OF THE
GSDCA IF THEY SELL PUPPIES WITH THE INTENT THAT THEY WILL BE RE-SOLD TO
ANOTHER".
How would that be twisted against a good member.
