I'd like to get both my boys HIT'd, but don't know how or where to do it.
Is there a list or something somewhere that would show when and where herding
instinct tests are being held in Wisconsin?

I don't know where in MN would be the next opportunity for an HIT but the
GSDCA offers a Herding Instinct Certificate (HIC) that can be earned in one
trial. If you are coming to the Concord National show, the HIC will be
offered
on Monday, October 31, and the form is listed in the GSDCA website under
"2005 National." I hope you can make it.
