[ SHOWGSD-L ] Herding

...I am sure glad I did not give up on trying to get into herding...my two Army
kids were awesome...not my words, the words of my trainer..she was surprised
how responsive they were to me with out ANY obedience training ( I think she
thought I was fibbing about the no obedience training).....talk about side
gait....you get to see exactly what your dog has or doesn't have....I'm
hooked...my dogs love it...and they look beautiful doing it...so what if the
drive is almost 6 hours round trip...what a great way to end my short summer
vacation...I go back to school tomorrow.....my new group of 31 reports for duty
MONDAY....poor kids..lol...FB
