We took her to Univ. of TN to have her spleen removed because my local vet thought from X-rays, that she had a tumor. When the UT vets opened her, the swollen spleen was full of blood & ready to burst. They removed it all & sent the blood in for testing. It came back with the hemangio sarcoma results. We were able to do some kemo therapy three times a week for 4 months. She lived a pretty healthy life (we did not show her anymore) and lived for nearly a year before it returned & we lost her. I have never seen it since.
