Below is an email I received this morning; please....let's try to help this dog
find the right forever home; owner is very ill....(brain tumor) and no longer
able to care for him. I can help coordinate transportation.

Pat- Thanks for the email. I have him here at my home at the moment.
The problem is I have 2 young children, and he did snap at my daughter, but did
not follow through with a bite. Also, he was watching my husband playing with
the kids from behind a gate in the kitchen, and he started to show his teeth.
He`d NEVER do that to my husband. It was the kids.
He can be mouthy when he`s excited, which I`m afraid will scare a potential
adopter away. It`s more like he`s snapping at the air, if that makes sense.
It`s only when he`s excited, and by all means, not every time he gets excited.
UPD on all vaccs ,His DOB is 10/29/99,He`s active and happy, but is
protective;He`d be more on the fearful side if confronted, definetely not the
aggressor.Is good both on and off lead. Long black and tan coat. In perfect
health.
I`m in Sinking Spring (right outside of Reading, Pa) We can show him at
anytime. I`ve got a lot of GSD experience, and think I`m reading him pretty
well. He`s a good, solid dog that will make someone that understands the breed
a great companion.We`ll have to board him if we can`t place him soon, and I
think that`ll only set him back with all the chaos that`s been going on in his
