Just emailed with a puppy buyer, and hoping someone can help her find the
answer on what is going on with her girl
She is lethargic, sleeping, lost 9 pounds in a month, very red eye...swollen
like a big red ping pong ball...having difficulty getting up, almost like she
is in pain and she will not sit. The vet insists that it is still uveitis. She
did additional tests - blood work, x-rays, etc. and so far everything has come
back ok. Just waiting on the results of the blood work again...this time for
tick borne diseases.
She was on Doxi initially for one week, saw some improvement but then the vet
switcher her to steroids. No improvement, and just worsened since. Vet told
her its not lymes, so she cant have Doxi, insists thie is uveitis.
