[ SHOWGSD-L ] Help needed with medical test results

Kelly's been having severe health issues, all lab results have been normal up
until now (see below).
He's lost 25 pounds since January 2005 and weighed 64 pounds when he left the
hospital a week ago Thursday. Yesterday I had to pick up more dog food from
the vet, I weighed him and he's GAINED 3 pounds on the I/D!!!!
Does anyone see anything I should bring to my vet's attention from these
results listed below - results that may appear in the "normal" range but may be
out of range for a GSD?
** NOTE: One of the tests listed below is "consistent with small intestinal
bacterial overgrowth" - my vet has several questions for the lab and we're
waiting for their response before proceeding further.
TEST RESULTS:
COBALAMIN
Result 281
Normal Low 249
Normal High 733
Result is within the normal range
FOLATE **
Result 15.9
Normal Low 6.5
Normal High 11.5
Consistent with small intestinal bacterial overgorowth.
TLI
Result 10.4
Normal Low 5
Normal High 35
Result is within the normal range
Depending on the SIBO outcome, he may have to have more invasive tests and
biopsies for IBD and cancer.
