Someone told me to rub Vanilla extract on the males nose. Not sure if it
works or not.

Like I told Dave and Carolyn, *none* of the boarding kennels I called will
accept a bitch in heat. There were even a couple kennels that refused to
accept intact dogs!

It's not that difficult Carolyn....
First time we had a bitch in heat in the same house with Quake, we just
told him no....
* Then I replaced the door he tore down, placed the furniture back
against the door that he had moved, replaced the chainlink fence he
destroyed, apologized to all the neighbors he kept awake for several
nights, Sent Linda on a vacation she so desperately had earned in the
supervision, called my psychiatrist for some pills, talked to the vet
an\bout neutering my show dog,.....
* Then I broke down and boarded the bitch.
