I was wondering if any of you have heard of a wire contraption to hold up
ears on a puppy.
I have a young male, will be 6 mos. tomorrow and does not keep his ears up.
I have taped them 4 times using different methods anywhere from rollers to
foam pipes and nothing works. The ears are quite large and he has a lot of
bone, so 2 strikes against him. The last time the ears became infected, so
now I will have to wait a little while until they heal again.

A couple of years ago at a dog show I saw this wire thing on a pup and it
seemed to keep the ears open to the air. Don't know how it was attached, it
may be a temporary thing but I am willing to try anything. Right now I have
a Hound Dog and I want to have a German Shepherd back. If any of you have
heard of this or possible another method I would like to hear it. I am
desperate.
