Mr. Brown,
The hotel you have reservations at is indeed a very nice hotel, especially
after the extensive renovations that they have been working on. Which are
to be completed this June. I am sure you will enjoy your stay there.
However I can guarantee you there is no way you would be willing to stay at
the Northern hotels on the Helms Briscoe List outside of Ft. Collins. You
have picked a Hotel that is in Loveland. The two Loveland hotels on the
Helms Briscoe list and the Northern ones outside of Ft. Collins are night
and day in difference and in crime rate statistics. The majority of the
Helms Briscoe list was not of the GSDCA standard and you would have been
displeased if you and your friends would have booked at one of them. Also
the hotel you have booked at which was supposed to be the "New" host hotel
is lacking the Host hotel criteria according to the GSDCA Policy and
Procedures Manual.

After receiving several emails, it is my understanding that Joan requested
the services of of Helms Briscoe after canceling the contract with the
Hilton
Hotel in Colorado for the 150 rooms for our members plus free banquet rooms

our meetings that Debbie Hokkenan had previously arranged as show chairman

chairman felt she could do better with Helms Briscoe but never visited the

whomever to attack.

Helen, I think before you post to the list about needing guns you should
really check things out. Above is the website of the hotel I have my
reservations.
Just got off the telephone with them and ask what the crime rate in their
area was and got a good laugh from the person I spoke with. She told me
extremely low crime. In fact she said they have to no crime there, they are
off of
I-25 and Hwy 34.
