Hi all, I am coming in on the end of this thread, and so I hope I am not being 
redundant.  I have a Dyson Animal and am in shock and awe.  It is fantastic.  I 
pick up so much hair everytime and the emptying is a breeze.  The only negative 
I can think of is that wand thingy is not very easy to use.  Cynthia

I have one of the bagless uprights...AWESOME, the Dirt Devil. I also have 
it's smaller bagless counterpart for the van, picks up dog hair from the 
interior like crazy, easy to use, has a POWERFUL brush, and also has a crevice 
attch.
