[ SHOWGSD-L ] Heat cycle

I have a friend with a 2 year old German Shepherds female who has never been
in heat. Has anyone ever heard of this and is there a hormone shot(??) or
anything else that would bring her in.
She is not a kennel dog but a house dog and she has a GSD male and other
small dogs so she wouldn't have missed it.
