okay...German Shepherds of today and the past have health issues......so do
humans, monkeys,goldfish and every other creature except roaches...what is your
point cuz I don't understand your end game.....give us some wisdom to help save
us....what do you suggest we do....I understand the points of most posters on
the list even though I agree with very few of them....but I often scratch my
bald head when I read some of the things you post.....but then again, I'm a bit
different and perhaps so are you and God knows there is nothing wrong with
that....time to go eat again....lol....FB

How many own or read the books written by Malcolm Willis on Health
and Genetics on the GSD or his Dog Genetics? Willis has detailed information
on the GSD's of the past with health and temperament issues, as well
as other issues dealing with the GSD. Â Then there is the book
Control of the Canine Genetic Diseases by George A. Padgett, DVM who
was professor of pathology at MSU in MI. These are just a couple Dog
Genetic books worth reading that proves the GSD in the past and today
has problems. It is not the only breed that does though as there is
much information covered in the above books on them too.
