Evan, I agree with you that most judges are indeed honest.? However, the issue that Jamie & others brought up is the Perception to outsiders.?The perception that any judge puts up animals out of their stud dog, can taint our entire sport.? I believe you when you state that you have judged Ben progeny unknowlingly.? I am sure that is the case most of the time when judges put up animals out of their dog.? However, in my opinion this should not happen.? I know several judges who have owned prominent stud dogs that have went on record telling anyone with progeny NOT to show them under them.? I respect that in a judge and certainly obide by their wishes.?
