Again a generalization.  Let's face it the top handlers usually get  the top 
dogs.  The top dogs often win.  Now I know some handlers  of notethink they 
should win regardless of how poor a dog may be....but not all.  Again, don't 
make generalizations...unless you are looking for backlash.   NOT ALL HANDLERS 
OF 
NOTE ARE THE SAME.
