.......I was at that National, and seeing Booker that day, and throughout his
life....he's always looked the same, but that's not my point...when folks start
pointing fingers accusing other folks of doing things they didn't do...that's
when all hell breaks out.......losing a dog show to some one who in some way
cheated.....well...if this is the worst thing that can happen to me for the
rest of my life....God Bless me....some of us need to get a better perspective
of this activity....how many GVs have the Martellos produced?....and isn't
jealousy one of the 7 deadly sins?.....Ed Hill

Good point Cindy.......especially considering the one making all this
noise.... Kathy Tank, when
i posted "not all exhibitors cheated" to Pam..... privately accused
me....no...INFORMED me that we
had dyed BOOKER when he was shown at the Canadian National a few years ago!!!
Kathy told
me I was "full of CRAP" "Holier than thou" and and a few other
things.....<G>......and that I just was
not honest about not admitting Karen Taylor dyed BOOKER in Canada!! ?
HUH????
Where did THAT come from!!? Karen Taylor never EVER dyed BOOKER......
nor would we!!!
( I just love being told who I am ....and what I do.....or did do! And just
when I think I know me ) <G>
Since our dogs live here, and never leave our property except in OUR van and NO
ONE has ever
conditioned, trained, bathed, groomed or even brushed our dogs except ME......I
take that as a
personal insult and untrue accusation against Karen Taylor and myself and Doris
Estabrook, our
National R.O.M Chair who co owned BOOKER with us.
Doris and I drove to Canada together with BOOKER in her little Subaru,
checked into the Motel
that night and the next morning drove to the show site where Doris was with me
as I bathed and
blow dried and brushed BOOKER in front of God and everyone in Canada ......and
as I always do,
handed him to Jerry Guzman ring side.......and Jerry....as he ALWAYS does
<G> re-combed
his croup before he took him in the ring ......and handed him back to us as the
Can.W.D.
.
I was not going to take this public....but then we thought this same untruth
might be being told to
others.......or about others........and these kind of private vicious attacks
and accusations are
unforgivable, untrue, not necessary to the conversation and inexcusably
vicious and hurtful!!
I challenge anyone in the entire dog world to test our dogs for anything at any
time any place!
Photos of BOOKER'S entire career as a puppy through adulthood and his ROM
photos, his
A.O.E. his Select photos and his Canadian W.D. and herding photos are
everywhere....and
he is always the same dark dog with tan color. He was NEVER DYED nor
drugged nor
have any of our dogs ever been dyed or drugged.......nor will they ever be in
the future.

I can't wait to see the LIST after all this testing is done and dogs that we
are sure were dyed come back
negative well the ones that don't look dyed come back positive. Will there be
accusations of hair swapping
in the back room, messed up samples...contaminated equipment.....a "stand in"
dog......I have a headache already. :o) Cindy

again there's no valid excuse against the airports making me remove my shoes,
or opening my computer case or making me throw away my water before I get on a
plane,pretty so we're all going to have to fly naked!... but its a big pain in

testing, tomorrow what's next?...folks are always going to cheat..whether it be
sports, school, dog shows or what ever....its part of the human condition, no,

I believe judges are afraid of litigation and maybe rightfully so. Unless of
course the stuff comes off on
their hands. By mandating D and D testing for Selects , GV, GV, Fut/Mat
Finalists at our
national, we take the fear of reprisal from the judge, because it is done to
ALL of the above winners,
immediately following pictures or what have you.....I will investigate more
fully the technical side of it,
the cost, the time, and who does it. Our PC is here to set the bar for health,
and protection and promotion
of the breed. While the Board and Officers could easily move to making this
happen, it may take a
concensus of the people to get the ball rolling.
There is simply no real reason , no adequate excuse as to why this cannot be
done.I have yet had anyone
give me a valid excuse against it. It's time has come Folks.
