[ SHOWGSD-L ] HSUS is in MICHIGAN - HELP NEEDED

The HSUS is in Michigan and in St. Clair County in particular. The Board
of Commissioners is revising the Kennel Ordinance and a resident has
called them in. I was not at the meeting today, but we need information
to help us put together an information packet.
I need sources that speak to what HSUS actually does and what they are
about. Something other than the usual quotes from Wayne Pacelle.
Topics included are:
breeding limits (must be 2 and only 1 litter every 4 months)
HSUS is apparently hoping to make this the first of many counties in the
state.
I know they are not friends of animals, but need real references that
can be provided to county officials and commissioners.
