I could have accepted this, but it is not true. At the last board meeting
Margy was cut out, they have decided she is no longer a board member. It

the final straw for me, and I stopped trying to keep things from boiling

There has to be a point where things require action. It does seem that time
if now.
At which meeting was this Evan? Have the minutes from that meeting been
posted somewhere?
I have not yet seen them.
