It's a good thing that the State of New York isn't likely to go to
Colorado to arrest them for breaking the laws of the state (which
they've done).....in any case, it appears they intend to consider
themselves above the law.
Somehow I doubt that anything will change...but I seem to recall
people posting to the list that they would object mightily to having
the Annual Meeting cancelled....this is more than a mess--it's more
like the biggest fiasco I've ever seen!
